Are you looking for a role where you can use your diverse Admin/PA skills?

Reed is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team in Stevenage working with our fantastic client. You will be the first point of contact for customers and provide first-class administrative service to the Branch Manager, you will work with them closely in a Personal Assistant style role, but you must be prepared to assist other departments as required. An experienced and organised Administrator looking to gainexperience in PA work is highly desirable.

The Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers 
  • Answering customer calls and assist with enquiries
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post
  • General Admin tasks
  • Assist Branch Manager with tasks as required
