Responsibilities as an Office and Operations Manager
- Managing back office team and facilities within office
- HR and Personnel
- Operations and Facilities
- General Administration
- Sales order processing
- Contracts and Logistics
Qualifications & Experience
- Admin experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Process led
- Can work well and manager a team environment
- Proactive and highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft, CRM - HubSpot, Workflow Max, Xero and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written, telephone and face to face

Job Title: Office and Operations Manager
Location: Crawley
Salary: £32,500 - £35,000 per annum + benefits
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
