As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist , you’ll work closely with employees and managers globally to optimise our talent acquisition processes and deliver results. Monitor interview & requisition processes in our recruiting ATS system (greenhouse) & HR system (Workday) Draft and execute employment agreements and supporting documentation Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and book with the travel team; Initiate and monitor new employee onboarding process in ServiceNow; Handle a variety of HR, TA, and other Operations projects Have a minimum of 1 years' previous administrative experience in a corporate office setting Work with a high sense of urgency and consistently aim to deliver high quality work Take a flexible approach and are willing to constantly adapt in an ever-changing environment Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, Previous ATS experience a plus.
