SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an Office and Project Administrator to grow within our client, and become a Project Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis in Sturminster Marshall!
Role:Office and Project Administrator
Salary: £25,000 per annum - increasing to £28,000 after training.
Rota: 37.5 hours per week
On a temporary to permanent basis (after 6 months probation period).
Key responsibilities of the Office and Project administrator:
- General admin roles including typing up estimates from sales with high attention to detail.
- The ability to negotiate sales and chase leads.
- Helping to move customers through the process e.g., from sales to purchase through a CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Answer phone calls and emails from suppliers and clients.
- Be able to manage your own work load and work to your own timings.
Key responsibilities of the Project Coordinator after training (as well as the above):
- Working with the contractors to plan and allocate the jobs.
- Check that all materials are stocked and ready for use.
- Ensure that the jobs are completed in time, to budget and with good quality!
