Office Assistant

You will be responsible for:
- Accounts: Managing various aspects of accounts, including but not limited to, invoicing, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Credit Control: Monitoring and maintaining credit control procedures to ensure timely payments and minimise credit risks
- Admin and Customer Service: data management and handling other administrative tasks efficiently and provide exceptional service to internal and external sources
To be considered, you will need:
- Proven experience in accounts, credit control, ledger management, admin, and customer service
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and busy work environment
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
