I am working with a leading HVAC company seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be the backbone of the office, handling all administrative tasks and scheduling for the engineers. This role is ideal for someone with a background in HVAC or facilities management who is looking for a stable and rewarding career.
Day-to-day of the Office Assistant:
- Manage all office administration tasks efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for our team of engineers.
- Provide office support by handling incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate information on the in-house system.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Organise and file documents to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications of the Office Assistant:
- Proven experience in an Office Assistant role, preferably within the HVAC or facilities management sector.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of office efficiency.
