Job description

Being Wales largest janitorial and catering company we are always looking for enthusiastic and driven people to join our growing office team.

Due to further expansion we are looking for a Office assistant, no experience is necessary as full training will be given.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on SAGE (experience with sage would be preferable)including sending invoices,statements,updating customer data etc.
  • Answering customer queries and taking sales orders by telephone and email.
  • General office duties including filing, posting,banking scanning,copying etc
  • Greet and assist visitors/customers
  • Assisting the Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks
  • Cash handling and banking
