Working hours will generally be 8am - 12pm. We are looking for flexibility with days and times.
Job info
- Answer calls and take bookings on to our own booking system
- Assist customers at the counter
- Checking documentation
- Processing invoice documents
- Archiving
- Processing payments
- Filing documents
- Stamping paperwork
- General administration duties to assist other staff
- Working with logistics learning how to run routes etc
Attention to detail and the ability to step up and communicate is a necessity.
About you
It is essential that you have good written and verbal communication skills and be capable of changing priorities while working quickly and efficiently. Ready to work independently and closely with your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
IT literacy required
A clean driving licence or ability to commute to work is a requirement.
