Main Responsibilities
Carry out general office duties, including filing, shredding, maintaining records and ordering Office supplies.
Material management/co-ordination
Answering general telephone enquiries.
Responsible for booking company training.
Arranging travel and accommodation as required.
Monitoring absence/holiday levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained and reported.
Ensure that all duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Carry out specific tasks as required.
Ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience working within an office environment preferable
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
