Job description

The successful applicant shall perform a wide range of administrative activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.

You must be committed, enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible.

You will be required to organise your time efficiently and be able to prioritise tasks whilst working independently and as part of a team.

This position provides opportunities for further development

Main Responsibilities

Carry out general office duties, including filing, shredding, maintaining records and ordering Office supplies.

Material management/co-ordination

Answering general telephone enquiries.

Responsible for booking company training.

Arranging travel and accommodation as required.

Monitoring absence/holiday levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained and reported.

Ensure that all duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Carry out specific tasks as required.

Ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications/Experience

Previous experience working within an office environment preferable

Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
