Robert Half are currently recruiting an Office Coordinator for a growing business in North Bristol. We are looking for an efficient and organised individual to join a busy team and play a vital role in assuring the efficiency of the office. We are looking for an individual who thrives being around people, and is happy to work in a varied role combing both administration, but also aspects of facilities such as supporting with an office move.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering Maternity, and we are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional, and safe working environment
- Supporting in an Office move
- Event management
- Supporting with facilities, scheduling maintenance tasks and liaising with contractors
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Making sure office is fully equipped
- Being first point of contact for office related queries

- Personable and approachable
- Takes pride of work, and creating a welcoming office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve, and work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- A keen eye for detail
