Full-Time, Office based
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Available Start from March 2024
Daily duties include:
- Co-ordinate the efficient running of the office
- Act as the bridge between the Directors, stakeholders and other heads of department
- Manage administrative HR by inputting annual leave and sick leave
- Participate with the onboarding of new employees
- Track staff expenses on a monthly basis
- Make ad hoc payments when necessary, parking fines, oyster cards etc
- Book and arrange travel when required
- Support Accounts Department with supplier invoices
- Provide daily support for Company Directors
- Organising and scheduling team meetings
- Managing files and documentation
- Managing the office space
- Any other ad hoc duties duties
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a creative environment
- Strong general IT skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, Adobe, and Dropbox
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
