Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Admin Assistant to support their Office Manager in various HR and day-to day tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and maintaining a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for contributing to a healthy work culture.

- Colwick, Nottingham, 100% office based
- Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires
- Assist in conducting new employee inductions and explaining company policies
- Support in offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital
- Assist in maintaining the HR database and files for compliance
- Respond to employee enquiries
- Assist in resolving basic employee queries and issues, escalating complex matters to the Office Manager
- Support in organising employee recognition programs and events
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
