Responsibilites:
- Transcribing audio recordings from meetings
- PA To director
- Documenting dictated content
- Managing emails
- Managing office supplies
- Responding to both internal and external inquiries
- Coordinating internal meetings
- Respond to external emails
- Assisting the director with various administrative tasks
- Conducting routine checks on the building, including fire alarms
Key skills:
- High level of IT skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service whilst working to deadlines.
- A positive attitude to building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues
