Uncovered Entertainment; Building Audience First Brands

Our Entertainment division builds organic channels at scale across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and Snap. We have a total audience of 5 million, generating 10 million views every month. We’ve partnered with over 100 brands across our own brands, including our hero channel Caught Snackin’ - a youth orientated food channel with 3M followers, releasing our first cookbook in 2023.

Working together with the Uncovered Creative arm, we serve relevant, real world content that delivers increased viewer attention and audience involvement rates, to drive provable brand growth.

The team works directly with the Uncovered Media arm to ensure strategy is woven into the fabric of the creative. From always-on to campaign spikes, Uncovered creative delivers branded content people want to watch.

The Role:

We are seeking an Office Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to the team to help us achieve our goals.


Responsibilities:

Key elements of the role include:

Office Administrator:

  • Maintain a well organised and tidy space.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory and equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance


Communication and Correspondence:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/parcel

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for team
  • Plan and organise company events and outings

Financial Administration:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and managing invoices.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.

Technology and IT Support:

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
  • Manage and update office software and hardware as needed.


Skills:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial processes is a plus.
