Duties will include:
- Creation of files and data entry
- Monitoring shipping processes
- Customer Service
- Creating job sheets
- Authorising purchase invoices
- Sending out invoices to customers
- General adminstration duties
Experience/Skills required:
- Confident telephone manner
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience of working in a busy admin role previously
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9-5pm
