SalaryWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Office Manager to join a prestigious Tier 1 Contractor on a temporary basis. Our client is one of the Uk's leading providers of extensive civil projects, they have a flagship development down in Shaftsbruy which has 10 years left on it.
You will be part of the team responsible for management of documents, staff diaries and point of contact for visitors.
Utilising your previous experience within a similar role, preferably within a construction/civil engineering sector.
Your duties will include:
- Tool box talks
- Inductions talks
- signing in and looking after visitors
- Organising meeting rooms & important visits
- Management of several staff members diary's
- Looking after documents within a document controller position at times
