Working as a Sales Office Manager you will be responsible for a variety of duties including :-

• Supporting, training and supervising a team of 3 Sales Administrators
• Overseeing of price changes and customer order updates
• Creating trade price lists by brand
• Attending company sales and operational meetings
• Ensuring month end invoicing is completed
• Liaising with software company as necessary
• Assisting with projects and tender contracts
• Responsibility for all Sales Office reports
• Ensuring all sales order processing and customer account maintenance is met
• Ensuring all customer, consumer and brand enquires are answered
• Running regular and ad hoc reports as required
• Full involvement in management and performance based meetings

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Team Leader or Office Supervisor to progress into a busy Sales Office Manager role.

Previous Supervisory experience in an office environment is essential along with excellent communication skills and good Word and Excel skills.

Sales Office experience is highly advantageous but other candidates will also be considered.
