Key Responsibilities as an Office Manager
- Manage office administration and provide facilities support.
- Assist management with email monitoring, calendar scheduling and meeting bookings.
- Process monthly expenses, purchase orders and maintain holiday calendars.
- Arrange complex travel arrangements, including visas.
- Handle invoices, raise purchase orders and perform basic finance tasks.
- Serve as the main point of communication for the office, managing phone calls and accommodating visitors.
- Maintain office supplies, ensure Health & Safety compliance, provide IT support and handle mail.
- Organise refreshments and lunches for staff and visitors.
- Develop, proofread, edit and prepare correspondence using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Anticipate office and staff needs, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including HR administration.
Essential Skills:
- Business management or administrative qualifications.
- 2-5 years of experience in a relevant administrative role.
- Basic finance-related administration experience.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive under pressure.
