We re currently looking for an Office Manager to join our clients companu and ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently, ultimately contributing to their goal of achieving a zero-carbon future.
As anOffice Manageryou will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls and reception duties for visiting clients.
- Maintaining the CRM and assisting team members as needed.
- Liaising with external partners, including marketing, IT, and website teams.
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients and referring inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Managing web orders.
- Overseeing office supplies and ordering as necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Capable of managing a varied workload and understanding commercial priorities.
- Ideally, you have a flair for marketing and public-facing content, including social media.
- Experienced in customizing systems and extracting report data
- Professional demeanor with a positive, sunny outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM is desirable.

- Monday to Thursday: 09 00
- Friday: 09 00
