My client is looking for an Office Manager which is like no other. You will be the backbone of the office, ensuring a happy work environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the office's daily functions, making sure the kitchen supplies are brimming with choice, managing monthly staff events, and ensuring all new starters are supported with all they need.

About the role

  • Manage vendor and suppliers
  • Manage office health and safety
  • Ensure all visitors are greeted with enthusiasm
  • Organise monthly staff gatherings and be creative with the next best thing to do in MK.
  • Manage staff breakfast mornings
  • Manage the asset register and ensuring the equipment is in tip top shape
  • Manage new starter equipment
  • Work closely with other departments

About you

  • Experience in a previous customer facing role, administration or Office Manager
  • A desire to support senior managers
  • Confident with all Microsoft packages
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and able to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Creative flair
  • Canva experience would be a benefit
  • Approachable

The salary is paying £14.42ph- Permanent.

Monday - Friday - 30 hours- can be negotiable on number of hours, but must be able to commit to five days.
