Our highly reputable client are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Office Manager.
The successful candidate will ensure that administrative tasks and projects are completed with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility and positivity to support the team of Directors.
Duties will include;
• Diary management for Directors
• Pre-event planning; printing, collating, shipping
• Procurement of stationery and books
• Resource scheduling and forward planning
• Event planning
• Using online tools and websites and arranging online assessments
• Booking travel; flights and hotels for Directors
• Attending meetings via Zoom / Microsoft Teams
• Attending off-site meetings
• Approving contracts for telephone, Internet, photocopier, office rental
• Working confidently with clients
