• Organising and setting up meetings
• Handling general office administration tasks
• Processing expenses
• Coordinating office events
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office

Person Specification:

• Enthusiastic, warm personality with a genuine desire to complete tasks to a high standard
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to arrange international travel within different time zones
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse workload
• Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced IT skills with MS Office
