As the Office Manager, you'll be at the helm of managing multiple functions across our organization. You'll provide crucial support to our senior leadership team and orchestrate all activities related to finance, HR, marketing, supplier contracts/negotiations, sales KPI reporting, and systems and IT management.

The Role – Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate various functions within the business, including finance, HR, marketing, supplier contracts/negotiation, sales KPI reporting, and IT management.
- Provide essential support to the senior leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making.
- Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead marketing initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure favourable terms and optimal relationships.
- Develop and implement sales KPI reporting systems to track performance and drive improvements.
- Oversee systems and IT management, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance with best practices.
- Arrange annual team events and manage travel arrangements for senior leadership team.
- Managing, coaching and developing a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Deputise for the Store Manager to ensure all processes/ procedures are adhered to and all compliance is managed professionally.
- Set and implement tasks to ensure the team deliver effective service, stock management and customer flow.
- Deliver and maximise exceptional sales results through excellent execution of a clearly defined operating plan.
- Drive the team to meet and exceed all targets and ensure they are set clear targets to reach their potential.
- Completion of daily stock ordering to drive store availability.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in managing multiple functions within a dynamic organization.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively.
