Office Manager and Facilities Assistant role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely well known MEDIA organisation that is expanding rapidly. This company have an exceptionally low turnover of staff, proving what a great employer and organisation they are to work for.

Location: Not far from Clapham train station.

On-Site: The role will be predominantly based in the office.

Hours: Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week

ESSENTIAL: You will need to have fairly recent Office Manager type (or something very similar) experience overseeing things like Facilities and Health & Saftery etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with Facilities support type activities.
• Ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the property is to a high standard.
• Carry out routine Health & Safety checks
• Arrange for maintenance work to be carried out
• Assisting with organising staff events and parties, including ordering food and beverage
• Organise stationery supplies
• Type general correspondence
• Run, create and amend reports.
• Provide help, support and advice as well as deal with queries.
