Job description

Office Manager - Birmingham Business Park

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time Office Managerfor our Head Office on the Birmingham Business Park, Solihull.

Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 950 firms as business partners and approaching 3000 advisors working alongside us.

We are specifically looking for a minimum 4 years Office Management experience.

Competitive base salary of £27,000- £30,000 DOE negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and maintain working relationships with senior key contacts, internal and external teams.
  • Responsible for Health & Safety on site and liaises / assists Financial Services and their respective site representatives.
  • Manage day to day relationship with Landlord and key emergency contact.
  • Oversee smooth and professional operation and appearance of Solihull office - i.e. facilities, stationery, branding
  • Manage and process room bookings and car parking requests and management of car parking and office layout plans.
  • Responsible for Health & Safety including First AID, Fire Marshalls
  • Support and cover of the reception desk and general business support
  • Day to day support to Solihull Staff

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent PC skills, ability to use Microsoft Office to a high level of proficiency
  • 4 years + Experience in an office management position
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative, to manage and organise own workloads
  • Ability to communicate with managers, Executive committee members and wider LSL group contacts across the business and externally.
  • A positive attitude, pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Customer focussed.
  • Excellent grasp of health and safety standards and facilities management issues
  • Strong customer focus.
  • First aid qualification
  • Experience of large contract management

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
