Office Manager - Central Bristol£30,000Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pmThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager who enjoys being the go-to person to help others ! in this role you will manage the office and ensure that it runs to clock work, you will not manage any staff.Responsibilities:Workspace Management: Ensure a positive, welcoming office environment with oversight of facilities and reception services.Visitor Relations: Act as the primary contact, warmly welcoming staff, customers, suppliers, and contractors.Culture Contributor: Play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workplace culture and overall success.Operational Management:Visitor and Staff Services: Efficiently manage print, postal services, and supplies ordering.Safety Oversight: Lead safety procedures, risk assessments, and workstation checks, collaborating on security measures.Contract Coordination: Manage external contractors and service providers effectively.Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Chief People Officer and the People and Organisation Development team.Specific Tasks:Reception Excellence: Oversee the reception desk, ensuring a warm welcome for all visitors.Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and safe office environment.Safety Compliance: Manage risk assessments, fire safety surveys, PAT, and H&S processes.Equipment Maintenance: Keep records of equipment maintenance.Greenery Coordination: Coordinate with an external company for office plant maintenance.Postal Services: Ensure contracted postal services meet office needs.Logistics Mastery: Arrange domestic and international deliveries efficiently.Print Management: Handle internal and external print requirements.Training Facilitation: Keep the team updated with Health and Safety training.Stock and Supplies: Oversee office, kitchen, and operational stock.External Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities, industry initiatives, and the landlord.Community Engagement: Actively participate in local business community initiatives.BenefitsHoliday: 25 days annual leave, increasing yearly to a maximum of 28 days, plus statutory holidays, and an extra day for your birthday.Health: Employee Assistance Program; Enhanced parental leave.Pension: 3% employer pension contribution.Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus up to 125% of monthly salary.Benefits: Volunteering leave, regular staff socials, discounted travel, Perkbox discounts, Employee Assistance Programme, designated learning and development time.If you are interested in this fantastic role, then please click APPLY.
