Office Manager - Construction company
£35,000 per annum

My client is a Construction company who specialises in commercial public sector, refurbishment and fit out projects. They are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join them on a permanent basis in retun they will offer flexible working hours, hybrid working and a friendly positive working environment.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide an efficient and highly confidential service to the Senior Leadership Team
- Assist with the day-to-day meeting organisation and time management via MS Outlook calendar
- Minute the Area Leadership Meeting, compiling all relevant paperwork and producing forward actions
- Manage & order of all office supplies, stationary, kitchen & IT equipment
- Liaise with Landlord for all facilities items relating to the building and office
- Event Management for all company events
- Manage all parking at the site for visitors and staff
- Office Manager for the business

- Ensure office is kept in good order
- Carry out weekly fire checks relating to equipment, exits and first aid
- Manage the meeting room bookings and order refreshments as required
- Manage the daily post both incoming and outgoing
- Ensure Business Continuity Plan is kept up to date
- Order IT equipment and relevant PPE for all new starters
- Arrange induction meetings for new starters
Requirements
The successful candidate will have previously worked for a small Construction company in an Office Manager capacity. They will have strong organisational skills and the ability to strengthen and develop internal processes.
