Office Manager required by a rapidly growing hi tech early stage company. This is a newly created role that is key for the business.
This challenging and varied position will involve many aspects to include; day to day office management, HR support for employees, payroll and organising meetings for the Director team.
This is an exciting chance to really put your stamp on a position and positively impact a business. You can implement your ideas in a growing business that is embarking on a huge investment programme. This will be a fast paced and varied role working to support the Director team.
You will really be able to witness the results of your hard work in this role. The growing business is about to begin an ISO certification process and your work will directly contribute towards this.
The Office Manager (HR) Role:
Day to day office management: monthly payables, oversee all purchasing structure, produce documents to form the base structure of ISO accreditation.
HR: organising employee documents, issuing contracts for new employees, payroll etc.
Diary planning for the Director team.

Experienced Office Manager.
Able to autonomously run the office in a fast growing company environment.
Able to set up and manage policies, programs and procedures. This is a process management and not a team management role.
