Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless and effective management of contractors, suppliers and workplace services in line with company and industry standards
Manage relevant policies and procedures relating to health & safety and quality management
Ensuring continuous development of services and team collaboration and engagement
To be proactive in creating and developing exceptional relationships with key stakeholders within each business to drive the right behaviours and use of the workplace
To drive business improvement and quality management, ensuring the site continues to lead and transform the business
To champion new property initiatives and deliver a comprehensive report on your findings
Keep up to date records on all site users and issue communications relevant to site operations
Maintain systems and procedures in line with Property guidance
Skills & Qualifications
- Experienced with managing contractors and suppliers
Health & Safety knowledge and experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to gain and maintain credibility with all people - clients, suppliers and employees
Ability to audit own site daily for safety, arrange and manage process of works to completion.
