Location: Oxford (3 days a week), Thame (2 days a week), with the possibility of working one day from home.
Salary: £35k + annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexible hours for school runs if needed.
Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to join our client's team, splitting your time between their Oxford and Thame offices. This role involves a combination of administrative duties and viewings, with no responsibility for valuing houses or running the office. You will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and handle associated administrative tasks.
- Make calls and ring through our database to ensure efficient communication.
- Manage offer letters, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and other administrative duties.
- Assist in managing the Oxford manager's diary and scheduling.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have own car for travel between offices.
