A fantastic opportunity has come up within Rubber & Plastic Industries located in Dyce, Aberdeen. We are looking for a keen and driven individual to join our team as an Office Support Apprentice!
This is a great entry level role for an individual looking for their first position in an office environment and an opportunity to start a career in the oil and gas industry. The candidate would be given full training for using the computer system, meaning that any prior experience is not critical.
Responsibilities:
- Becoming a systems expert on the software OGL where you will raise purchase orders and sales tickets
- Using finance systems such as Profitplus and SAGE for payroll
- Utilising collaborative Microsoft 365 suite such as Word for drafting letters, invoices and quotes
- Using Excel for stock sheet count
- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Working closely with management
- Relaying information to clients and warehouse
- Replying to emails using Outlook
- Actioning orders
- Liaising with suppliers and clients for ensuring deadlines are met
Required skills:

- Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (desirable)
Salary:
£19,000 - £21,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm
