Our client, a machinery and warehouse equipment company is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Altens. Our client is also open to part-time and full-time candidates to apply.
Your new role
In your new role you will be covering a variety of duties such as document control, facilities management, payroll (using Sage), HR responsibilities such as issuing offer letters and enroling staff in pension schemes, booking and maintaining training and ensuring it's updated. In this role you will be expected to review processes and procedures for the company and look to better these, as well as support various departments with administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficiency in Microsoft packages and strong IT are required for this role. Strong data entry and strong attention to detail is also required, as well as a prioritisation of tasks to ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, is highly organised and is excited to assist in a smooth running of an office environment. The ideal start date for this role is 18/3/24.
What you'll get in return
This role offers a competitive salary of 25,000- 30,000 DOE and pro rata. On-site parking and progression opportunities also come with this role.
