Henderson Properties - Office Manager
This role will entail a wide and diverse range of responsibilities and functions and the successfull applicant should have a dedicated, enthusiastic and flexible approach. The role will be fullfilling and an enjoyable experience and the caniddate will have every opportunity to quickly learn new skills through work tasks, engagement with the Managing Director and through internal and external training. The objective is for the candidate to be given increased responsibilities over a period of time until he or she is competent and capable of promotion to General Manager and able to run the business with only limited guidance and ovrsight.
Responsibilities
Through time, responsibility will be delegated for the most of the management activities of Henderson Properties, associated property companies and The Hazlitt Apartment Hotel. There may be other responsibilities of a diverse nature, alaways with a fit to experience and expertise, depending on time available. Orientation and training will be provided where required.
Specific Duties
* Ensure the office is kepy clean and tidy
* Ensure the hotel is well presented for guests
* Meet and greet hotel guests
* Deal with any guest relationship matters
* Manage hotel cleaning and health and safety matters
* Market and sell activities for hotel properties
* Record keeping as required
* Basic finance acitivities, ensuring am invoice for each purchase transaction
* Following up with late payers
* Manage the Henderson Properties portfolio of properties
* Monitor and record invoices
* Manage utilities, contracts and costs
* Manage all key facilities and assets
* Respond to communications, field phone calls and log property and hotel inquiries
* Ensure completion of projects
* Participate in decision making
* Network and communicate with key stakeholders
* Maintain routine filing and carry out general offcie administration
* Other duties may be assigned, as mentioned

Other
* Salary starts at £27500
* Working hours will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday however, hours may be flexible
* Based on-site at 27 Causeway Street, Paisely, PA1 1UL
* 28 days holiday
* Valid driving liscnese preffered, Henderson Properties will pay up to £400 toward the cost of the Office Manager's driver training activities
