Imagine a future where you coordinate vessels and offshore working parties, supporting a more sustainable generation

Join us in this role where you’ll enable safe transit and access to the offshore installation to perform operations and maintenance. You’ll be responsible for executing vessel movements outlined in the plans and schedules delivered by planning and scheduling functions. You'll focus on vessel and people tracking and cover operational control under safe system of work and emergency response coordination.

You’ll be part of our Offshore Coordination team where you, together with your colleagues, will coordinate traffic control with a regional team. You’ll play an important role in:

  • controlling vessel traffic as agreed with coordination protocols
  • ensuring effcient and safe execution with working schedules through accurate people, vessel, and weather monitoring
  • acting as operational controller under safe systems of work
  • verifying all personnel hold correct certification
  • coordinating emergency response and respond to radio communications and incident escalation.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong communication skills and are comfortable with radio communication operations
  • are IT literate, and able to learn new IT systems quickly
  • are a proactive problem solver with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • are a team player with control room experience.
