Bunker Trader
We are currently seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our trading team for the Oil & Gas, Maritime Bunker Sales & Trading position . This presents an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of Oil & Gas and commodity trading, particularly focusing on bunker fuel, while working alongside seasoned professionals. As a Bunker Trader, you will receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training under the mentorship of our experienced trading team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and trading with responsibility of own P&L
- Meeting and originating leads and clients
- Assist in the daily operations of trading, including conducting market research, negotiating deals, executing transactions, and managing client relationships.
- Contribute to devising sales strategies driven by data insights, while also identifying potential clients and new business prospects.
- Handle administrative duties like data entry and maintaining records.
- Traveling and participating in various industry conferences and events
Requirements:
- Client relationship management skills
- Experiance in Sales and Trading
- Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated interest in commodity trading, maritime industry, and proficiency in data analytics.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, technology-oriented setting.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maritime/Energy Studies, or similar fields.
- Prior work experiance in the maritime / shipping industry a plus
