To support the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager and onsite team to achieve consistent and strong levels of support and service to the client. To develop and maintain strong relationships giving a high level of customer service with all site stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
Operational
- Ensure appropriate management of temporary labour including absence management and
- terminations where necessary.
- Understand the culture of the client’s business and requirements to meet demand.
- Resolve any issues arising in a timely manner to the client’s satisfaction.
- Ensure procedures for non-performance, sickness, lateness, or attendance issues are adhered to.
- Effective allocation of labour to ensure optimum use of skills.
- Manage recruited candidate's performance daily and weekly to ensure that clients and workers are consistently satisfied and hitting performance KPI’s
- Perform daily check ins.
- Cover of out of hours hour mobile to ensure any no shows from temporary workforce are backfilled.
- Regularly ‘walk the floor’.
- Ensure all applicant records are maintained in accordance with Gi Group procedures.
- Accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll.
- Dealing with holiday and pay queries.
- Management of holiday authorisation for temporary workforce.
- Assist the Account Manager with payroll deadlines in an efficient and timely manner.
- Be responsible for forms and documents being readily available for the Account team.
- Control of stock and issuing PPE to temporary staff and monitor PPE sign out and stock.
- Uploading worker documents and forms to temporary workers files online.
- Perform return to work interviews & Record absences on relevant systems.
- Support the Account Manager with any day to day tasks they may require and need support.
- Administration that is site specific.
- Preparation of interview and induction packs ready for registrations.
- Screen candidates and use the interview diary to book registration and inductions.
- Recruit and induct a temporary workforce to meet client requirements whilst adhering to employment law legal requirements.
- Ensure all workers have the right to work and all documents are added to internal system ready for payroll and adding new starter packs and inductions.
- Accurate maintenance of all starters and leavers.
Hours of Work
Sunday to Thursday (Shift Rotation Basis 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 and include Weekends)
