Onboarding Specialist (Part-Time)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading providers within their sector. The company are now looking for an Onboarding Specialist on an ongoing temporary basis with scope to transition into a full time permanent contract.

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, attractive bonus scheme and generous holiday allowance. The Onboarding Specialist role will be based within modern offices on the Chester Business Park, with free onsite parking and excellent public transport links.

The Onboarding Specialist needs to have experience in data entry with accuracy of the upmost importance, experience in telesales, speaking with clients over the phone and possess an excellent telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Answering all incoming enquiries from customers
• Accurately record details on company database and relevant spreadsheets
• Maintain accurate customer records and update with every contact made
• Schedule future work based on customer feedback
• Maintain Excel databases of customer orders, incentive schemes for salespeople, and various other reports as required
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders within the business and externally with other big clients, end user customers and be their point of contact.
• Regularly update the Operations Director and other senior management with progress and all relevant activity with administration.
• Be proactive in making suggestions for improvements and take responsibility for implementing new procedures.

• Accurate database and administration skills, gained within an office environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner, with the confidence to deal with a range of queries
• Can work independently as well as in a team
• Able to handle high volume of calls
• Able to perform well under pressure and can manage time effectively
• Able to prioritise work in order of importance and urgency
• Keen to learn about new products and services
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

Contract length: Ongoing temporary contract

Job Types: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Salary: £24,000.00 per year (pro rata)

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday (4 hours each morning)
• Hybrid - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office and Wednesday, Friday at home (non-negotiable)
