TTM Healthcare Solutions are looking for a Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our dedicated team of oncologists and clinicians in London.
Role Overview
As the Oncology Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play an important role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams. You will ensure the effective delivery of high-quality educational programs for both new and existing nursing staff, collaborating or potentially leading on the development of the onboarding process for nursing.
Day-to-day you will drive educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards, but that elevate the standard of care we offer, using your expertise to identify practice gaps in and implementing educational activities to address them.
You will need in-depth clinical knowledge and great interpersonal skills to succeed, but if you share our passion for exceptional patient care we can offer you the chance to build a career at the very forefront of healthcare.
Requirements
•Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration.
•Possessing a post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification.
•Extensive experience in clinical education; substantive experience in relevant nursing specialty.
•Post Graduate Module in Practice Education
