Each role would be suitable for someone who loves working with children and has experience in this either through a previous role or volunteering in a school.The RoleYou will support a child to engage in learning activities within the mainstream classroom, and outside of the classroom where needed. You will encourage them to take pride in their achievements, be confident in group participation, and in sharing ideas.We are looking for:A person who can build a strong rapport with children. You will be a positive role model for the child, supporting them in achieving their best. You will work with the child to help them to engage in their learning, ensuring that they feel cared for and listened to.
