Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online International School Tutor to provide personalized tutoring and facilitate engaging group classes in a virtual learning environment. As an Online International School Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to students around the world, helping them achieve their academic goals and thrive in a global context.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students using online platforms, tailoring instruction to meet their individual learning needs and goals.
• Facilitate interactive and collaborative group classes in subjects such as Math, Science, English, and Social Studies, adhering to international curricula standards.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that promote critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages active participation, respect for diverse perspectives, and collaboration among students.
• Utilize technology tools and resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences, including virtual whiteboards, multimedia presentations, and online collaboration platforms.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school administrators to assess progress, address concerns, and provide updates on student performance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, stay informed about best practices in online education, and contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Teaching certification/license from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in an international context.
• Strong understanding of international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or other relevant frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English language (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and technology tools for virtual instruction.
