Online Lettings Negotiator

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Online Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Exeter or Derby, 5 days a week. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 17.30pm. The salary ranges up to GBP24,000 dependent on experience.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Working alongside Property Management and Tenancy Progression Team.
• Ensuring maximum occupancy at all times.
• Listing Properties via Rightmove.
• Arranging viewings through our supply chain.
• Negotiating offers on behalf of landlords.

What you'll need:

• Background in lettings is desired, but also suitable for applicants who are interested in sales/negotiation.
• Administrative Skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Confident at relaying information.

• Good IT skills including MS Office Suite.
