A fantastic opportunity for an Online Product Management Coordinator with experience to help to finalise and launch the new product website for this well established and fast-growing South Wales based company. You will organise and manage all Product listings on the Website. You must have Website Product Managment experience
Working closely with the sales and purchasing teams to maximise revenue from the web site and be responsible for the smooth running of the website from product sourcing, placing and marketing products, though to ensuring customers received the goods and were satisfied with the whole process.
Website Product Management Coordinator will collate and write product information checking sales prices and manage the product details and photography where needed in this Office based role.
The role also involves working with suppliers to coordinate joint marketing initiatives and working with sales to create and maintain customer specific databases, creating email and other product related campaigns.
The successful candidate will;
- Be highly organised and able to build strong working relationships with all relevant departments throughout the business and with partner web teams.
- Be methodical with a well organised approach, demonstrate strong skills in planning, organising and self-managing workload.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to successfully manage internal and external relationships.
- Be accurate, with attention to detail to challenge and spot errors in substantial amounts of data.
- Be living in South Wales
Experience gained in a similar product orientated role would be ideal and you will be based at their Cardiff Head Office.
The role may suit a recent Marketing Graduate wanting a Product Marketing orientated role
Travel to work from Cardiff, Caerphilly, Barry, Newport, Pontypridd, St Mellons
