Job description

The Role: As part of its digital transformation strategy Queen’s is investing in new technologies including e-commerce platforms to transform student and customer payment journeys. In this permanent role you will be responsible for the management of an Online Store for the University, as well as the collection and reconciliation of income from an incoming payment platform for both domestic and international tuition fee payments.

The Person: You will have experience of e-commerce systems and high-volume transaction processing gained in a financial setting and you will have a high level of attention to detail and ability to complete complex financial reconciliations. You will enjoy building relationships and delivering training across the organisation, to empower Schools and Directorates to generate and maintain their own storefronts in the Online Store.
