As an Online Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for analysing and understanding customer behaviour to maximise net sales for a given concept, and act on results. In this role you will oversee and implement onsite execution and following the visual brand guidelines for COS.
What you will do
Management and reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing actions plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
Utilise available resources, analysing seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, understanding of key competitors and customer behaviour
Set concept trading strategy to create sales net growth to be aligned with short- & long-term goals, identifying selling opportunities & future potentials
Drive conversion on site based on selling, seasonal trends, conducting customer behaviour reports and analysis to generate data-driven market insights and maximise net sales for a given concept to further online growth
Maintain and update all department pages with relevant content based on what is selling now and the newsletter focuses
Collaborate with the E-commerce Experience Co-ordinator, Merchandisers, Newsletter Team and Digital Marketing channels to secure stock freshness through the planning of online destinations, aligning the stories with the overall COS look, as well as seasonal trend information to ensure the omni channel experience is achieved
Collaborate with the Merchandisers to track and follow up on seasonal income, secure that products are presented at the right time in the right context with clear material to maximise selling
Improve and contribute to streamlining Online Visual Merchandising ways of working and processes within the regional team and the Global Digital Experience team
Confidently administrate and become an expert on the CMS/VM software and tools to promote additional selling and continue to develop technological expertise in Hybris, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI and Contentsquare etc.
Accountable for process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales

What you need to succeed
Excellent analytical skills, an expert in conducting customer behaviour reports and interpreting data for key stakeholders
Experience working in an e-commerce trading role
Data-driven, sales and results orientated
Genuine interest in e-commerce
Excellent project management capabilities
Excellent communicator and the ability to build relationships with other key stakeholders
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
