Role Overview:

As an Onsite Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the temporary workforce onsite during peak seasons. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a pool of 60-120 temporary workers, conducting inductions for new starters, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and the recruitment team at our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pool of 60-120 temporary workers onsite.
• Conduct inductions for new starters and ensure they are familiar with site procedures.
• Liaise between the branch recruitment team and onsite management to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Regularly check in with temporary workers to address any concerns and provide support.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client demands and resolve any staffing issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in an onsite or account management role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between different stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster strong partnerships with clients and temporary workers.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a large volume of temporary workers during peak seasons.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
