Job description

Onsite Account Manager – Industrial Recruitment. A talented recruitment onsite account manager is needed to join a great team for a key site in the Birmingham B8 area. This is a hands-on role to manage your own shift on a large processing site.

This is a highly interactive, shop floor based recruitment role, where you will ensure wellbeing of a workforce, managing safety, performance and communications. Due to location and sub sites in the area, we are looking for someone with their own transport.

About you:

  • You will be experienced in recruitment onsite solutions ideally in the industrial sector
  • You will be great at communicating and people management
  • A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others

The role:

  • Oversee performance results, challenges of staffing
  • Daily briefing meetings with client’s management team and supervisors
  • Fulfilment and performance review meetings
  • Sourcing applicants alongside the team
  • Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance
  • Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions
  • Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team
  • Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance
  • Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries
  • Manage rotas and holidays.
  • Health and safety records
  • Ongoing development and training of your candidates
  • Covering and supporting local sites and colleagues

Working shift hours of 2pm till 11pm, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary, plus a long list of benefits, you will be offered excellent training, clear progression routes and 25 days holiday plus stats. Due to location and working hours, our client requires you to have your own transport.

Salary will be £24,800 to £30,000 depending on experience, plus £1000 on call allowance, plus a car allowance of £2400.
