Your new role
The Operational Excellence Coach willhelp to build and embedOperational Excellence capability across the business, in addition to training, coaching, and providing expertise throughout the process to support the new ways of working. You will facilitate workshops, introduce, and embed tools amongst teams, whilst working alongside senior leadership teams to help to develop the centre of Operational Excellence and implement change throughout delivery areas. Furthermore, you will work to develop the business lead's Operational Excellence leadership and technical capability to ensure that they can successfully contribute to the end-to-end Operational Excellence initiatives.
You will work with analysts to obtain data to support performance and benefit tracking across change initiative delivery, collaborating with Change teams to ensure that all suitable performance improvements are fully embedded and utilised. Furthermore, you will support the Senior Operational Excellence Coach and Head of COE with providing progress updates, benefits delivery, and cultural change across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• A proven track record of implementing and driving Operational Excellence within organisations
• Hold a relevant accreditation e.g. Lean Six Sigma or similar
• A proven track record of conducting root cause analysis, solution identification and prioritisation
• Experience of utilising Business Change and IT capability to deliver support for Operational Excellence
• Identifying and implementing improvement and excellence across multiple stages of processes
• Experience in tracking benefit delivery, creating dashboard and visual management capabilities
• Experience of developing strategy, improving customer and colleague experience, finance and risk methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

This position will be based on a hybrid working set-up at their central Cardiff office.
