Job description

What you will be doing as Operational FP&A Analyst
  • Providing insightful financial analysis for Operations and Leakage.
  • Responsible for the end to end support, including annual planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics for Business Unit and Directorate functions, and supporting the Business Unit roll-up for all relevant Directorates.
  • Provide advice and guidance on all financial reporting matters, ensuring that accounts are accurately recorded, and preparing monthly financial reports for Senior Leadership and Executives.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing analytical standards for reporting and modelling KPIs to enable the business partners to drive added value with their respective business units.
What you should bring to the role?
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, CHAE or equivalent).
  • Excellent knowledge of providing financial insight, preparing annual plans, forecasts.
  • Very strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines and produce high quality work in a fast paced environment.
  • Highly effective communication skills (listening and presenting ideas).
  • Collaborative work style but also take ownership to complete tasks independently.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of financial and analytical experience.
  • Strong modelling and solid database skills required.
  • Experience with planning systems and reporting technology.
  • Knowledge of  business intelligence tools and developing data visualisations.
