SalaryKey Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Operational Risk Manager in developing strong working relationships with the business areas and functions; providing challenge and guidance to ensure risk is considered in all decision making.
- Support the business areas and functions in the execution of their Risk and Control Self Assessments; helping identify material risks and assessing control effectiveness.
- Complete analysis and interpretation of Operational Risk data to deliver valuable and insightful management information for use at governance meetings.
- Complete thematic risk-based reviews for Senior Management collaborating with business areas and functions to develop and enhance the overall risk and control environment.
- Assist in the development and provision of Operational Risk training across the Organisation.
- Act as a source of technical expertise on risk matters for others within the Organisation.
- Support on projects for the department to enhance and further embed the Operational Risk Framework at STB.
