Responsibilities
• Maintain Divisional Frameworks for third party risk and outsourcing• Support oversight monitoring and maintenance of procedures, controls, and documentation• Support change projects and ensure adherence to frameworks• Promote best practice standards and provide training and guidance• Deliver deep-dive assurance planning• Complete gap analysis and translate into action plans• Monitor and report compliance status• Align third party risk to operational risk appetite• Support the development and delivery of ESG strategy• Mitigate operational risk across the Division
